Located in Prospector’s Square, Nacho Mama’s is the local’s choice.  Specializing in Southwestern cuisine, they serve a variety of burritos, enchiladas and other foods, most with vegetarian varieties.  A little crowded during peak ski season, the service is still friendly and the décor fun. Adjacent is the Hoppin’ Jalapeno, a small club complete with pool table.
