Utah River Rafting
In a state naturally fit for outdoor sports, it’s no surprise that Utah river rafting is pretty incredible. There are several rivers in Utah where you can participate in whitewater rafting trips such as the Provo River, Green River and San Juan River. When you’re staying in our rental condo at the Silverado Lodge at The Canyons Resort, you’ll most likely be enjoying Utah river rafting on the nearby Weber River.
Utah River Rafting on the Weber River
The Weber River is just a short, half-hour drive from Park City, making it the closest river rafting option in the area. The river is primarily a Class II river, providing rafters with some serious thrills as they ride down its rapids. Most river rafting trips are two hours long; however, you can also choose to embark on a full day rafting trip for some serious river riding.
You can rest assured that you’re in good hands when you raft down the Weber River on your Utah river rafting trip. Most adventure groups require that each boat has a trained guide in it who is certified in first-aid training and CPR. Remember to wear lots of sunscreen, and make it waterproof because you are going to be splashed a lot!
