If you’re new to the sport of snowboarding, you don’t want to invest a lot of money before you know the ropes. Snowboards can be expensive pieces of equipment so it’s wise to rent snowboards and boots initially. When you rent, you also have the luxury of trying various boards and boots; if you decide you want to purchase a board, you’ve tried enough different ones to know which one will be the best purchase choice.

The ski and snowboard rental shop at The Canyons Resort is one of the best places to find Utah snowboard rentals. New riders will want to rent the Rossignol Accelerator or Accelerator Wide; the boards’ flexibility makes it easy for new riders to maneuver. More advanced riders have the option of the Rossignol Roc T, Roc D and Roc D wide boards. Kids can rent the Rossignol Roc T Jr. which is a smaller board that works well with lighter riders.
